They want to create a map of the US, showing the geographic locations\/concentrations of their customers.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The tool Tableau would be best suited for this task, as it has the ability to graph geographic locations and to make interactive dashboards with the given data.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/>2. Langfun wants to keep track of all the people that have called them and whether or not they become customers.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to achieve this it would be best to use CRM, as it is specifically designed to log and track customer and client interactions over time.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/>3. Langfun wants to track how many contracts they have issues over the past year and months, and which of them where for what category of servcie.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The most efficient tool for this task would be Excel, as it is able to measure entered data over time easily, and is very easy to manipulate and edit. <\/span><\/p><p>4. Langfun has focus group data from potential customers and they want to analyze it to look for customer preferences.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"elementor-section
